Akurdi, Pune – In collaboration with KAN International Educational Foundation, led by CEO and Director Khwaja Umam, students at PDEA's English Medium Secondary School and Jr. College recently had a unique opportunity to gain insights into studying in the USA, followed by a celebratory prize distribution ceremony.
The session was led by Ms. Sarah Stackhouse, Senior Associate Director of International Outreach at Shoreline Community College, Washington, USA, and was hosted and guided by the school's Principal, Mrs. Priti Dabade. Ms. Stackhouse provided valuable information about the American education system and the opportunities available to international students. Following her presentation, a lively interactive session took place, during which students eagerly asked questions about various aspects of studying abroad. Participants who answered correctly were rewarded with exciting prizes, including bags, keychains, pens, and t-shirts.
The event also served as a platform for the prize distribution of competitions held in honor of the birthday of Hon. Ajitdada Pawar. Winners of the rangoli and drawing competitions were felicitated and awarded for their artistic achievements, adding to the festive atmosphere of the day.
The event, a great success under the leadership of Principal Priti Dabade, provided students with both academic guidance and recognition for their talents—showcasing the school's commitment to holistic development.
